Having previously collaborated on various sections of this picturesque property, we embarked on a new venture to cater to our clients’ evolving preferences for elegance and exclusivity. Drawing inspiration from the villa’s harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary design, we aimed to create a swimming pool that complemented its architectural beauty and offered a serene escape for its residents.
The swimming pool is meticulously designed with sleek, stone-inspired tiles that seamlessly blend with the villa’s interior and exterior aesthetics. A highlight of the pool area is a serene garden, featuring delicate water lilies floating on a tranquil pond and strategically placed lanterns casting soft, ambient light. A sliding glass door connects the poolside terrace to an elegant outdoor lounging area, perfect for unwinding after a dip. This space transitions smoothly into a cobblestone pathway bordered by meticulously pruned hedge rows, adding a touch of privacy and refinement.
The pool’s perimeter is adorned with custom stone walls intertwined with blooming azaleas, their vibrant hues adding a burst of color to the serene ambiance. An overhead pergola, adorned with climbing vines, provides shaded relief from the sun. Subtle garden lighting, powered by dusk-to-dawn sensors, and discreet air-conditioning units ensure the pool area remains both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The open front yard, designed for ease of access, accommodates luxury vehicles with ample parking space. A grand entrance, featuring a custom-designed wrought iron gate, leads guests to the villa’s private oasis.
One of the primary challenges in this project was the limited space available for the pool and surrounding garden. Our team of engineers and designers worked diligently to optimize the layout, ensuring that every square inch was utilized efficiently. Additionally, adhering to the villa’s overall design aesthetic and incorporating specific elements that complemented its traditional charm presented a creative challenge.
To address these challenges, we employed advanced 3D modeling software to visualize the pool and garden layout before construction began. This allowed us to make adjustments and refine the design until it perfectly aligned with our clients’ vision. During construction, we utilized compact machinery to navigate the tight spaces and ensure minimal disruption to the existing landscape.
Upon project completion, the pool area underwent a thorough cleaning process, including power washing and window cleaning, to ensure pristine cleanliness. A professional paving company was engaged to clean and seal the paving stones, maintaining their sleek and polished appearance.
